The Murderer’s Apprentice continues with The Murderer’s Apprentice II #1! The comics adaptation of Robin Hobb’s epic fantasy journey continues after the success of Sequence I (six points, now collected in The Murderer’s Apprentice Quantity 1 TPB). Now, we see Fitz take his first true steps into life as an Murderer. The legendary world of the Farseer Trilogy is dropped at the comics web page by an A-list inventive staff together with author Jody Houser (Stranger Issues, Vital Function: Vox Machina), inside artist Ryan Kelly (Stranger Issues, Star Wars), colorist Jordie Bellaire (Rebels,The Large) and letterer Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou (The Witcher:The Ballad of Two Wolves, All Eight Eyes), with cowl artwork offered by Anna Steinbauer.
Spring involves the Six Duchies, and with it, the fearsome menace of the Crimson-Ship Raiders. Because the hazard creeps ever nearer to Buckkeep, Fitz is given his first true mission from Chade, to infiltrate the property of a nobleman and search for any indicators of treason. However an murderer’s job is much from easy, and the destiny of the realm might rely upon if Fitz can take a life, or spare one as a substitute.
