Kyle Richard’s oldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, is being accused of undergoing “lots of plastic surgery” on the heels of newly-resurfaced pics of her from when she was younger.
After a TikTok clip featuring a series of throwback photos of the Buying Beverly Hills realtor, 35, and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 55, went viral, fans accused Farrah, whom Kyle shares with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie, of getting a nose job, Botox, cheek and lip fillers, and a brow lift.
“That has to be a different person,” one commenter noted.
“‘You’re not ugly, just poor.’ Just remember that,” stated another.

Others deemed Farrah “totally unrecognizable” while admitting she had a “glow up.”

“Ahh, what money can buy, total transformation!” someone proclaimed.
“Money and a good plastic surgeon! Good job,” shared someone else.

Another guessed, “Nose job, lip fillers, cheek fillers and maybe a brow lift… that’s crazy for 30.”
Dr. Norman M Rowe, a plastic surgeon working out of New York and New Jersey, spoke to the Daily Mail about what Farrah may have had done.
“Farah Aldjufrie likely had a rhinoplasty and lip filler. A rhinoplasty dramatically changes your appearance because in a lot of instances, it is so obvious and there’s no way to camouflage,” he stated. “It looks like she had the tip of her nose and bridge of her nose made smaller as well as the width of her nose narrowed.”

He also said Farrah’s lips “appear more full and have a better shape than before, [which is] a sign of filler use.”
As RHOBH fans may know, Kyle is no stranger to plastic surgery. She got a nose job in 2006 and had liposuction in 2012. Then, years later, in 2020, Kyle confirmed a second rhinoplasty after breaking her nose.
Kyle has also undergone a breast reduction, which Andy Cohen, 55, accidentally leaked on his late-night talk show, Watch What Happens Live, in June 2022.
“Oh thank you for letting everyone know Andy, thank you,” Kyle replied.
She then explained her decision to go under the knife.
“I had a breast reduction surgery. I never had implants. I had DDs, no implants. I still don’t have an implant but I went in and I said, ‘I want smaller boobs and I don’t ever want to wear a bra ever again in my life,’” she shared. “So I have smaller boobs even though you can’t really tell because they’re still swollen. But I will never wear a bra ever again, ever. Ever.”
