Douglas Mac Arthur Clark, age 82 of Loganville, GA, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025. A Graveside Service was held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Corinth Memorial Gardens with Rev. Terry Shelnutt officiating.
Doug has lived in Walton County for over 50 years and was a member of Corinth Chistian Church. He was preceded in death by the love of his life of 51 years, Dorothy Sue (Shelnutt) Clark; father, James E. Clark; mother, Opal Deusenberry; son, Anthony Lamar Clark; brothers, Robert Edward Clark, Roger Sherman Clark, Dale Allen Clark; 16 half-brothers and half-sisters. Doug is survived by his children, Melissa Ann Ingram (James) of Jefferson, GA, Brian Keith Clark (Mary) of Bethlehem, GA, Connie Clark Williams Hall (Ed) of Braymer, MO; grandchildren, Erica Michelle Oglesby, William Cory Oglesby, Gracie Elizabeth Ingram, Shelby Lynn Clark, Brian Chase Clark, Faith Diane Clark, Jessica Alice Brock Gingery (Davon), James Douglas Spath, Brandon Kyle Williams, Katherine Grace Willams; great grandchildren, Aiden Bryan Oglesby, Everett Lucas Gingery, Kadian Malachi Clark, Easton Dennis Gingery; half-brother, Mike Clark; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Marion Kenneth Shelnutt (Ruth), Ezra Gerald Shelnutt (Barbara), Ernie Harold Shelnutt (Janice), all of Loganville, GA; numerous family and friends.
