Diddy Accuser Adds Cuba Gooding Jr. As Defendant In Lawsuit

Diddy‘s accuser, Lil Rod, has amended his sexual assault lawsuit to include Cuba Gooding Jr. in the paperwork, claiming that he was part of the Bad Boy mogul’s trafficking ring.

According to court documents filed on Tuesday (March 26) and obtained by HipHopDX, the producer alleged that he feared that Combs attempted to “groom him to pass him off to his friends.” The fear that the producer (real name Rodney Jones) felt became a reality, he alleged, when Diddy introduced Lil Rod to Gooding when they were all on Diddy’s yacht. The complaint claimed that the Jerry McGuire actor “began touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’ legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks, and his shoulders.”

“He rejected his advances and Mr. Gooding Jr. did not stop until Mr. Jones forcibly pushed him away,” the complaint continued, while including what Lil Rod said was a screenshot of the alleged encounter.

Lil Rod (real name Rodney Jones Jr.) further alleges in his lawsuit that Diddy forced him to procure sex workers and engage in sexual activity with them.

According to The New York Times, the producer claims that Puffy made him work in his bathroom as the Bad Boy boss showered naked and that he repeatedly engaged in unsolicited sexual contact.

The lawsuit also details an alleged event where Lil Rod woke up in bed with two sex workers with no recollection. He suspects he was drugged.

Lil Rod further claims to have witnessed Diddy spiking alcoholic drinks that were served to women at his home and that some of the women were underage.

The lawsuit includes several other notable names, including Diddy’s son Justin Combs.

Puffy (real name Sean Combs) has vehemently denied the claims made by Lil Rod, with his lawyer Shawn Holley saying in a statement to HipHopDX: “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”

She added: “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with [Lil Rod]’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
