In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Hoechlin opened up about saying goodbye to Superman & Lois as James Gunn’s new DC Universe is on its way. During his reflection, Hoechlin revealed that Superman movie star Corenswet actually reached out to The CW during the end of production for Superman & Lois season 4, sharing the following:
I, again, very honored and privileged to have been a part of this and super happy to pass it off to David. I’m sure he’s gonna do a great job. He actually did [a] really nice letter as we were wrapping up, so that was really lovely of him to do. But yeah, I wish him the best, and I have no doubt that they are gonna do great.
