David Beckham trademarks name for honey business, making beekeeping hobby official
David Beckham is making an unexpected career change, with an official move in a more homely direction.
The soccer legend has been preparing for the move for four years, tending to the bees at his £12million (approx. $23.6 million) Cotswolds estate in order to launch a new business from the honey they produce.
The former footballer has this week lodged a trademark application through his company DB Ventures Limited to make a new venture out of the hobby.

A source told The Sun, “David absolutely loves getting outside and looking after all of the family’s hives.
“It’s very early days so nothing will be out for a while yet. But he is putting the wheels in motion to turn it into a side hustle.
