However, multiple issues at a Cleveland restaurant led them to a failing score.
Fulin’s Asian Cuisine on Frontage Road scored a 51.
The inspector found raw chicken thawing in a large bowl of standing water.
Crab Rangoon was stored in a box that was previously holding raw fish. The person in charge had to throw away two pounds of it.
The inspector said cabbage was cut five days prior to the inspection and not dated, and several other items were prepared the day prior and not dated as well.
The menu did not have a consumer advisory for several items offered raw.
A bucket of batter was found on the floor by the inspector.
The inspector noted an unlabeled chemical spray bottle.
A wood block was being used in food prep; the inspector said it should not have been used.
The inspector said there was a lack of active managerial control.
The inspector reminded the person in charge of the food safety training available in Bradley County.
