Although the intention behind the split was to later come back together, the couple have now officially called it quits.
However, they are working on remaining friends to co-parent their two daughters.
Recently the pair stepped out together as a family for the premiere of Trolls: Band Together in November, 2023.
Fans have flocked to the couple’s seperation announcement, sharing words of support in the comments.
“There was a point as a crazed preteen I would have been excited about this but as an adult this makes me so sad for you both,” wrote one user. “Not for a lack of effort. Wishes for healing for everyone ❤️”
