Bryan Kohberger Snapped Selfie With Creepy Smile Just Hours After Idaho Student Murders — Why That's So Important To Prosecutors!

Bryan Kohberger appeared happier than ever hours after the shocking Idaho college student murders — showing off a cheesy grin and a thumbs up in a chilling selfie. Well, chilling if you believe he’d just murdered four young people with a knife…

The Latah County Prosecutor’s Office is working on getting the creepy selfie included in his trial… Which was snapped just about six hours after they claim he went to an Idaho home and brutally murdered University of Idaho students Ethan Chapin, Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, and Xana Kernodle. See the photo (below):

Eesh.

Latah County Deputy Prosecutor Ashley Jennings wrote in court filings revealed on Wednesday:

“The State intends to introduce a photograph of Bryan Kohberger taken from his phone on November 13, 2022, only hours after the homicides at 10:31 a.m.”

But why is this selfie important to the case??

The pic isn’t just to give a jury the ick. It could prove to be a major key in solidifying Kohberger as the murder because of a potential smoking gun… Or smoking eyebrows, in this case. Surviving roommate Dylan Mortensen claims she saw a man wearing a mask with leaving the home at around 4 a.m. She couldn’t say much about his face — but one thing she saw above the mask? “Bushy eyebrows”! In a probable cause affidavit Dylan described the man as:

“5’10” or taller, male, not very muscular, but athletically built with bushy eyebrows.”

Kohberger’s defense team has notably requested Judge Steven Hippler block Dylan from testifying about the murder’s features. But Jennings feels the photo could be a big piece to a jury making a determination. She wrote in her filings on Wednesday:

“Whether or not Bryan Kohberger can be described as having ‘bushy eyebrows’ is a factual determination to be decided by the jury.”

And a photo taken THAT MORNING would be the best evidence. After all, eyebrows can be groomed from pic to pic. It makes sense.

Are they onto something here? How do his eyebrows appear to YOU in the photo above?? Also, just wondering… will the defense say the pic is unfairly prejudicial because it makes him look like a total creep? Or are we just reading into it because we already know the context? Let us know what YOU think, Perezcious paralegals!
