Brock Davies addressed a report that his transfer of the house deed to his wife Scheana Shay was a sign they’re either filing for divorce or he’s filing for bankruptcy – and shared the story behind why they did it.

Scheana also slammed Raquel Leviss’ claim that Ariana Madix, production, and Vanderpump Rules castmates knew about Raquel’s affair with Tom Sandoval “prior to March 1st.”

On Scheana’s “Scheananigans” podcast, the couple discussed the claim that Brock signed an “interspousal transfer grant deed” on their house either because he was filing for bankruptcy or they were divorcing.

“The [real] reason [is that] California is a split community property state,” said Brock. “[And] Scheana already dealt with this before, and anybody in California that gets married, 50 percent of your assets are split.”

“And then when we’re talking about a property, same thing there. Scheana purchased this property with her money,” he explained. “I’m not gonna turn around and say I’m entitled to that.”

Because of this, Brock said he “signed the deed over” to Scheana, because it’s “her property.”

Brock claimed a similar situation occurred when they signed a prenup. He also pointed out the current legal battle between Tom and his ex-Ariana over the sale of their house, citing this as an example of why couples should protect their property.

The stars also addressed Raquel’s recent claim that Ariana, production, and several cast members knew about the affair “prior to March 1st.”

“Nobody knew, guys,” said Brock, who claimed there would have been “more of their relationship” on camera if this were the case.

“100 percent,” Scheana agreed.

According to Scheana, Raquel’s suggestion that Ariana knew about it in the fall or December of 2022 is “entirely false,” and is a “total contradiction to so many statements that Raquel has made over this past year.”
