Black Ops 7 will be available day one through Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass, making it free for anyone paying the cost of the subscription. When it comes to the story and characters of BO7, a few recurring characters have been confirmed, along with one new character that will be introduced. David Mason, portrayed by Milo Ventimiglia, and Mike Harper, portrayed by Michael Rooker, are characters who were first seen in Black Ops 2. They are reuniting in this new Call of Duty game to go up against the CEO of The Guild Faction, Emma Kagan, and Raul Menendez, a previous antagonist in BO2.

Call of Duty has previously ventured further into the future with Black Ops 3 and 4, along with Advanced Warfare and Infinite Warfare, but the 2030s provide a new setting. Not only are you going up against other humans, but also machinery that was manufactured by The Guild. The confirmed modes are as follows:

You will have the option of completing the campaign solo or in Co-op mode. There will be futuristic weapons at your fingertips in multiplayer, as well as new maps to navigate.
