Beyoncé Nears Billionaire Status As Her Net Worth Reaches $800M

Beyoncé is reportedly nearing billionaire status as her net worth is now estimated to be $800 million.

According to Forbes, the iconic singer has seen her wealth skyrocket in 2023 from its previous $540 million estimation.

The outlet reports that Bey personally pocketed $100 million from her widely successful Renaissance Tour, which ran from May to October this year.

The 56-show trek grossed nearly $600 million worldwide, making it the highest-grossing tour by both a female act and Black act in history.

The value of her music catalog — which includes multi-platinum, chart-topping albums like Dangerously in Love, Beyoncé and Lemonade — has also increased to $300 million.

The remainder of her vast net worth is made up of personal business holdings made through her company Parkwood Entertainment, as well as assets she has accumulated with husband JAY-Z.

The power couple have an extensive property portfolio that includes a $200 million Californian home, the most expensive in state history. They are also said to be prolific art collectors.

Beyoncé is also expected to take in a substantial haul from her recently released Renaissance film, which has so far grossed over $125 million. It is believed she will split the revenue 50/50 with distributor AMC after cutting out the major Hollywood studios.

Together, Bey and JAY-Z now have an estimated net worth of $3.3 billion, making them one of the wealthiest couples in the world. The Roc Nation mogul is valued at $2.5 billion and is the 1203rd richest person alive, per Forbes.

The rap legend’s net worth has almost doubled in the space of a year, largely thanks to him selling his stake in cognac brand D’USSÉ.

Hov became Hip Hop’s first billionaire in 2019 because of his “expansive, encompassing liquor, art, real estate and stakes in companies like Uber,” according to Forbes.

In recent years, he has also sold stakes in various other companies such as Tidal to Twitter founder Jack Dorsey for over $300 million and Armand de Brignac champagne to Louis Vuitton for $640 million.

Currently, Diddy is the only other billionaire in rap after surpassing the nine-figure mark in 2022. Kanye West previously joined the Billionaire Boys’ Club in 2020, but his $1.5 billion net worth plummeted last year after the termination of his lucrative Yeezy partnership with adidas.
