The decision marks a significant shift for Atari, which merged with Infogrames in 2008 and subsequently phased out the Infogrames brand in favor of a unified Atari identity. Now, under CEO Wade Rosen’s leadership, Infogrames is making a comeback, promising a blend of retro charm and modern innovation.

While specific details about Infogrames’ upcoming projects remain undisclosed, Atari’s recent acquisition of Totally Reliable Delivery Service hints at a focus on diverse gaming experiences. The company aims to expand its portfolio through strategic acquisitions, potentially including legacy Infogrames titles.
