Zack Snyder’s latest sci-fi epic Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire was met with mixed reviews. I finally, recently had the opportunity to watch it, but it wasn’t as good as I hoped it would be. There were lots of cool visuals to enjoy, but the narrative and script could’ve been stronger.

With a huge following and major blockbusters under his belt, Zack Snyder has seemingly secured a deal with Netflix to kinda do whatever he wants. We saw this come to fruition with Army of the Dead a few years ago and now he’s at it again with kinda Star Wars!
Rebel Moon: Part One – A Child of Fire definitely raises some questions. Like is this movie a long montage? Why is everything slow-mo? When you join the squad, are you required to just stand silently in the background?
