Ally Lewber is offering an update on her sleeping arrangement with James Kennedy after feuding over their dog, Hippie, formerly known as Graham.

After Ally, 28, was seen sleeping separately from James, 32, due to the friction between Hippie, whom James previously shared with ex-fiancee Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 29, and her two cats, Banks and Bodhi, she revealed where they stand today while also reacting to claims of James not putting her first and addressing their plans for future marriage and children.

“Sleeping arrangements are great. We do sleep in the same bed [with our dog] Hippie every night,” Ally told Us Weekly on April 23. “We have our little routine. It’s my favorite part of the day.”

Although Ally was initially concerned about taking on Hippie after he was saved from a shelter, she said she now feels “completely different” about the animal.

“He’s my baby and I love him so much and I’m obsessed with him,” she gushed, adding that she and James “cuddle” with Hippie and Banks in bed.

“Hippie now sleeps where Banks used to sleep,” Ally explained. “And at that time during filming, I was really upset because it was hard for me. I felt bad for my cats. They were kind of getting the short end of the stick there, but now Banks and Hippie are friends, thank God.”

As for Bodhi, he’s “still a little shy.”

“Bodhi follows Banks’ lead with everything, so I’m not worried,” Ally continued. “I’m really happy.”

Also during the latest episode of Pump Rules, Lala suggested James wasn’t prioritizing Ally as he should.

“I was kind of glad she said it at that time,” Ally recalled. “I was like, ‘Wait, yeah, I’ve made some compromises.’ And all I was asking was for him to come to the wedding. So at that time, for sure, I get it. But again, I also understood where he was coming from.”

According to Ally, she and James are “pretty good” at being there for each other.

“He just helps support me with the music and doing that and being in the music video,” she said. “So I do think we support each other equally.”

Speaking of their future, Ally admitted that while she and James want the same things, James is in a bigger hurry to get there.

“He wants kids. I definitely know he wants marriage,” Ally said. “I’m not in a huge rush where I think he just takes everything. He’s quick, he’s quick moving, and I’m a little more slow-paced. When it happens, it happens, but he is understanding.”

“I’m also like, where would we have the time? That’s just not the chapter we’re in, I think right now,” she added. “So we have had more conversations about it and we are on the same page.”

During another interview, on the April 23 episode of WWHL, Ally was asked if she was annoyed with Katie for telling Lala she told her she was miserable.

“Yeah,” Ally admitted on the WWHL: After Show. “I was upset. Like, ‘Really? We’re gonna do [that]?’”

Meanwhile, on the live broadcast, Ally reacted to Lala saying James puts himself first and her second.

“I think at that time, that was accurate, but overall in the grand scheme of our relationship, I don’t think it’s accurate,” she explained.

Ally then noted that she understands why people would think that James doesn’t have his priorities straight after seeing that he wanted to skip a wedding so he wouldn’t have to be away from Hippie.

“I’ve bonded with Hippie more and I would choose Hippie too. We love that dog so much,” she gushed. “[But] he does prioritize me a lot. He does. I tell him all the time, you can do less for me. He does a lot for me.”

While Ally accused Sandoval of attempting to “[buy] back” his friendship with James following his affair with Raquel, Ally confirmed she never confronted him about the issue.

“No, I didn’t. I didn’t talk to him much. Everyone’s so busy, and honestly, I think that James is even confused [about] where they stand, too, especially after watching the season back,” she shared.

Turning the topic to music, Ally made it clear that Taylor Swift did not “diss” James by pausing her dancing at Coachella when he remixed her song.

“No. She loved it. She was waiting for the drop,” Ally explained.

As for her own music career, she continued, “I would love to make more music. It’s always been a hobby of mine, and James obviously is always making music on his own. And I wrote ‘Girls Girl’ and then he added the fun beats to it. So I definitely see that in our future, making more music.”

When Ally was then asked if she’d met Sandoval and Schwartz’s new girlfriends, Victoria Lee Robinson and Sophia Skoro, respectively, Ally confirmed, “I’ve met both of them.”

“They’re really sweet. They’re beautiful, very kind. It was super quick, like a ‘hi, nice to meet you, and goodbye,’” she revealed.

Also on the show, Ally played a game of “Can! You! Defend!?” and was questioned about the past behavior of her boyfriend.

After saying that she can’t defend James for dating Kristen Doute, 41, despite his friendship with Sandoval, nor could she defend him spitting on Kristen’s door amid an argument, Ally said she could defend James for calling Jax Taylor, 44, and “old man” and for rapping about Jax cheating on Brittany Cartwright, 35.

“Yes. It’s creative art,” she reasoned.

Vanderpump Rules season 11 airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
