All Hornsent Grandam Rewards – Elden Ring: Shadow Of The Erdtree

Now, it’s time to receive a couple of rewards from the Hornsent Grandam in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree. Return to the old woman’s room and equip the Divine Beast head when you talk to her. She’ll be quite surprised. Exhaust her dialogue and she’ll reward you with the Watchful Spirit spell, an incantation that summons a guardian spirit above your character’s head.

Next, fast travel back to the Site of Grace and go back to the Hornsent Grandam. She’ll give you a Scorpion Stew, a consumable that grants a bit of physical damage negation and gradual HP recovery. She also asks that you help her son, the Hornsent, one of the adventurers you meet during your travels.

Important: You must do these steps before you defeat Messmer and burn the Sealing Tree. The latter is a point of no return that causes some NPCs to disappear, ending their quest arcs prematurely. The Hornsent Grandam herself doesn’t disappear, but she won’t have dialogue past that point.
