Adele has poured her heart into her music over the past three years, from her 2021 album 30 to her Weekends With Adele residency, and now she is ready for a break.
She wrapped up her two-year Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Saturday, November 23 and told fans during the show that she is unsure when she will return to the stage.

“I will miss it terribly, and I will miss you terribly,” the Grammy winner told the audience through social media posts.
“I don’t know when I’m next gonna perform again,” the “Easy On Me” hitmaker continued. “I’m not doing anything else. I’m actually s**ting myself like, ‘What I am gonna do while I’m gone?’ I don’t have any f**king plans.”
Weekends With Adele spanned 100 shows, and during that time, the singer was also balancing her musical life with her personal life.
She also completed a 10-day residency in Munich during her off time from Vegas. While Adele rarely shares details of her personal life, she opened up about wanting to take time to enjoy herself and “[get] married” to her longtime boyfriend, sports manager Rich Paul.
At another August show, she confirmed an upcoming indefinite music hiatus.
“I have spent the last seven years building a new life for myself and I want to live it,” Adele said at the August show. “I want to live my new life that I’ve been building. I will miss you terribly.”
It may be some time before we get new music or performances from Adele, but fans need not fret. In February 2025, she will release the Weekends with Adele Live in Las Vegas performance album featuring live recordings of the songs from her Vegas residency.
