Anime NYC wrapped up this weekend and it was quite the festival of cosplay and displays. The Beat had a bunch of roving reporters on the floor and we have dozens of photos to capture the event in all its glory.
First up, we have photos by Exodus Gonzalez, a photographer from Boston, Mass. who covers conventions, fandom and cosplay in his work.
Anime NYC had some spectacular cosplay, from favorites like Demon Slayer and One Piece to even more elaborate deep cuts. There was a dedicated cosplay level in the Riverside Pavilion, with props and photo ops, as well as regular cosplay meet-ups downstairs in the Crystal Palace. Here’s a spin around the floor:
