Baton Rouge, LA – 4 males have been arrested on rape fees through the investigation into the loss of life of Madison Brooks, a 19-year-old LSU sophomore scholar.

On January 15, Madison Brooks was standing in the course of the road on Burbank Drive round 3 am when a driver struck her and killed her.
